Paint Nite

Amy provided us with some fun canvas and paint for date night!
You can tell how creative I am... I stuck with simple dots.
It was a ton of fun and we can't wait to do it again! Maybe I will be able to find some more creativity deep down inside myself.

The Best Part of 2014

Baby Dall is coming June 2015!
I surprised Nick with a Dad's rootbeer and told him I was having a baby. He was so very excited!
We can't wait to have a little one of our own - and I'm so happy it will be happening in June, a nice warm, sunny month!

Christmas 2014

We had a lovely Christmas this year. It's amazing to think that we've been in our home for one year!
We got some snowshoes from Nick's dad and couldn't wait to use them!

The Time we Tried Fake Wine

One of Nick's co-workers gave him some non-alcoholic wine and told him this is what cheap wine tastes like. Well, we were curious and decided to try it as we celebrated being in our house for one year on December 15, 2014. Turns out, when you don't drink wine, you don't typically have a corkscrew lying around. After at least 30 minutes of digging in screws, knives, fingers, etc, we finally mutilated the cork enough to not pull it out, but push it right into the bottle.
Needless to say I'll never say I wonder what wine tastes like again - it's grosssss! Especially with bits of cork in it haha.
We did however get a good laugh out of the whole experience.

Baptism

We always love spending time with these kiddos.
I've been lucky enough to be at the baptism of every single of these kids with one more to come.
Don't know what I would do without them in my life.

Unfortunately, Tank broke his arm in a basketball game just before, so he spent the evening in the ER while we hung with the other kids. Darn it.

White Elephants and Ugly Sweaters

We had a blast at our neighborhood white elephant and ugly sweater party. We played reverse charades, opened way too many inappropriate white elephant gifts, and laughed until our stomachs hurt.
We love this neighborhood/ward of ours!

12-13-14

This lovely lady was married. It was a cold, rainy day, but a very happy day! Her reception was at the Gallivan center and it was so magical because all the Christmas lights lit up Gallivan Plaza.
We love you Mrs. Abby Jane Dall Cabrera
